I head out into the yard with a green tea and my adorable pets. I play a spa music play list and I just sit. Just for 20 minutes. I breathe deep and take stock of my 90%s, what is good and joyful today? If my mind flips to worry or stress, I acknowledge that 10% and say to myself, “That is real. But what is good?” Dig deep. There is still a lot that is good.
