It has been a wonderful couple of days in Ontario reminding leaders and community members of the power of choice and the impression we leave. Matthew Kelly, one of my favourite speakers, says we all wear a billboard in front of us. He challenges us to consider, “What does your billboard say?” We motivational speakers are very careful to make sure we are not positive happy people on stage and then unhappy and rude when we go out in our communities. I make sure the same woman you see on stage is the same woman out buying groceries, getting gas in my car and shopping at Winners! Everywhere we go we leave an impression as 90% person or a 10% person.
