You need to change how you talk to yourself. Why do you talk badly about you? Who taught you that? Have you ever taped yourself and heard how you sound? I don’t recommend you cut yourself down, ever. Why do we think it’s good to beat ourselves up? Huh? I just finished a zoom call and the woman said, “I am always so hard on myself.” I hung up wondering, had she ever questioned why? Why is she hard on herself and what could she do to be kinder?
