It is hard to stay positive right now and we spent two hours discussing the importance of self awareness and self care. Next week is Mental Health Week and the theme this year is “Understanding Your Emotions.” One step to help you understand your emotions is to put a name to how you are feeling. Is it overwhelmed? Anxious? Fearful? Then ask yourself, “Why am I feeling this way?” and put an action plan in place to help you to feel better.
