After an amazing ASBOA event, I took a detour on my way to Edmonton and spent the day gloriously alone in Lake Louise, Banff and Canmore. As much as I love people, I love being alone; it is the way I recharge. I hit the walking and hiking trails and walked 23,415 steps in one day! I even took time to smell the flowers lol… How do you recharge?
