I do yoga poses as my tea water heats up, and I take a longer class when I can! I love my local studio, Quans Hot Yoga. My fav online yoga instructor is Yoga by Adriene. She does yoga with her sweet dog Benji as I do yoga with my dog Holly on the mat!
