I HAVE TRAINED MY BRAIN TO SHEPHERD 10% THOUGHTS OVER ALL WEEK...

I have trained my brain to shepherd 10% thoughts over all week, but eventually, these thoughts need my attention. So I get up early before anyone else; I make a tea, light candles and snuggle pets. This is when I let all the thoughts I have moved over all week come into my mind. I spend time sorting them into what I still need to heal and what I need to let go of.
